Infrared Sauna + Red Light Therapy

Two simple ways to add more restoration to your routine—supporting relaxation, recovery and healthy-looking skin.

How It Works

Red light therapy and infrared sauna support wellness in different ways. Red and near-infrared light use specific wavelengths of light that are absorbed by the body without significantly heating the tissue, while infrared sauna works through heat to create a warming, restorative experience.

Red light therapy is commonly used to support skin health, recovery and comfort, while infrared sauna can complement a wellness routine through heat, relaxation and recovery.

Make Space to Reset.

Red light therapy and infrared sauna offer two distinct ways to support relaxation and recovery. Each experience is designed to be easy to incorporate into your routine—whether you’re coming in for a single session or making it part of your regular self-care.

Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna

Near, mid and far infrared work together in one restorative session. The sauna uses infrared heat to warm the body, support circulation, ease muscle and joint tension and create a deep, warming sweat.

Chromotherapy lighting, Himalayan salt panels and steady, even warmth create a calming environment designed for 30- or 45-minute sessions.

Red + Near-Infrared Light Therapy

Red and near-infrared wavelengths work without significantly heating the tissue. The light is absorbed at the cellular level and may support skin health, recovery, comfort and cellular energy production.

Sessions are 20 minutes and designed to fit easily into a regular wellness routine.
